The Affordable Business Package is offered to active businesses who are renting storage for office files, merchandise and/or equipment.

Free Mailbox Service	Affordable Edmonton business storage units provide a mailbox service - which is great for creating a small business identity - by offering a suite number. As an Affordable Business Customer, you will be entitled to a mailbox, free of charge.
10% Discount on Merchandise	You will receive a 10% discount on all moving and packing supplies and our durable file boxes sold in our onsite retail store.
12 Month Rental Rate Guarantee	Get an additional discount and a guaranteed rate by prepaying for 12 months.
Free Lock	As an Affordable Storage Business Client, you will receive a complimentary high quality lock which you may use on your storage unit. !
Electronic Billing	We'll save you the paperwork and the trip to our site, to pay your rental fee, by billing you electronically. You can then choose to pay online, by cheque, or a pre-authorized credit card.
Complimentary Onsite Electronic Billboard Ad	Our in-house electronic billboard provides a unique place to communicate a quick 10 sec message. The billboard is running during office hours and will be seen by everyone who walks through the door – at both locations. You provide us a digital copy of your logo*, plus a brief message (a slogan, or address, or sales promotion) and we'll have our graphic designer create the ad – at no charge, of course. NOTE: For those clients creating their own display ads, please be aware that the final display ad needs to be a 1024x768 .jpg image in order to display properly on our screen. As an Affordable Business Client we are pleased to support and promote your business in this way.
Key Holding and Delivery Service	Do you have several people needing access to your unit? Don't worry – we can hold a key for you in the office and when authorized staff sign in, we'll give them the key. You never have to worry about “Who had the key last?' It's just one more way Affordable Storage can keep things simple and let you focus on your business. Plus we can also issue your key to your courier on your behalf so your goods can be delivered directly into your unit without you having to be there! NOTE: Our key holding service is only offered to Business Clients. There is a small additional fee for this service.
Telephone/email notification of delivery/mail	We will notify you, by phone or by email, when a delivery has been made to your unit!
